Yonder Coffee

Amazingly delicious latte and matcha. I asked for Vanilla Latte with Lavender, which was as good as it could be. Shot pulled and frothing both perfect. Matcha was perfectly balanced and just lightly sweetened. Definitely recommend.

The coffee tastes really good. I got double espresso and it was great! The place has plenty of seating in the back patio. The atmosphere was quite with outdoor seating. Price was average. The people here are nice, but messed up a couple of my orders. They need to pay attention when taking order. It helps to repeat the order to customers.

On information from a friend, I visited Yonder Coffee, a little coffee bar in the Albertsons shopping center on Balboa at Nordhoff. When I walked in at about 9:30am, there was a line and with 4 (or 5?) people behind the counter, the staff was HOPPING! I thought, 'coffee must be good here.' I was RIGHT! I orderd one of the seasonal teas they offer , Maple Hojicha Latte. Wow... what a difference from the giant chains with their ikky syrups. This matcha tea blend was so delicious and was beautifully made with a fancy design in the foam. I also enjoyed a pepperjack turkey croissant... yummy! My ONLY criticism is there's only the one size (for me there is no such thing as a drink that's too large!) I would love to see them have at least 20oz option. Do I have a drinking problem? Yes, but not the bad kind... coffee / tea. :-)

Cute little, dog friendly coffee shop!! If you have your dog, make sure you enter through their side patio. The patio outside is gorgeous by the way, with space heaters for cold nights, and right now perfect for these warm days as it is shaded with an awning. Yonder coffee has a great variety of hot and cold drinks. I asked for a recommendation on a hot day and they gave me a Lavender and Vanilla Mixed Iced Latte. I’m really into these floral drinks lately. The staff was wonderful and my drink came out really fast. They have outlets inside and looks like it could be a great place to study or complete some quick homework work as well.

The coffee is very very good. No complaints. In fact, all praise! I had an espresso tonic and it was perfectly balanced and great flavor. Purely based on coffee, it's a great place and I recommend it. The issue here is the price. I know everything is expensive now, but I paid $8.78 for a 12oz coffee. If it was a 24oz then sure - even then it'd be pushing it, but 9 bucks for a 12oz iced drink, simply feels like too much to me. Do with that what you will. The place itself is cute, they have an outdoorsy theme going on and have some merch. It isn't super clean though. Wasn't a game changer, but definitely noticeable. I'll probably revisit at some point because my drink was really good, but I will not allow myself to go regularly because spending $9 on a 12oz coffee feels wasteful to me.

cute cafe, outdoor area is nice too, packed though. they have a lot of nice coffee options too, staff were nice and serving time was pretty normal

I’ve been here a few times and each time the coffee was excellent, smooth and very flavorful. The atmosphere is cute and inviting. The chocolate croissant and almond croissants are delicious. Be sure to ask them to warm it up if they don’t offer - they are much better warm.
